This study presents a uncommon case of the condition, highlighting its characteristic clinical features. The individual, a young/adult/elderly male/female, presented with a cluster of symptoms that included cognitive impairment, skin rashes, and headache. These manifestations were intermittent in nature, resulting a detailed medical evaluation.
